Beginner Surf Camp for Women by Girl on the Wave New York City

The project connects women worldwide through a holistic surf experience combining surf practice, theory, everyday video analysis, lifestyle guidance, nutrition, and shared cultural exchange. Inside the beginner surf camp for women, daily coaching sessions take place in uncrowded licensed and wild nature spots, supported by experienced local professionals who know the ocean deeply.
Surf days are balanced with yoga, meditations, sound healing, and general wellness focused on women empowerment. The retreats also support local surf communities by creating jobs and fostering collaboration.
